When and where do I check in? Is late check-out available?
Check-in starts at 4 PM. Check in at the font desk and receive a welcome folder containing the door code and resort information.
Check-out is at 11 AM, and you may request a late check-out through the front desk, but it is not guaranteed. Late check-outs after 12 PM will be charged a full night’s rate, plus tax.
I’d like to authorize another person to check-in on my behalf. How do I do that?
We will need to send a Credit Card Authorization form. Please contact us for more information.
How far is the property from the attractions? Is there transportation to attractions?
We are located within 10 to 15 minutes from Walt Disney World and 20 to 25 minutes from SeaWorld Orlando and Universal Orlando Resort. Through Reunion Resort, complimentary shuttles to Walt Disney World’s Transportation and Ticket Center are available. Online reservations are required.
What supermarkets are nearby?

Are all homes set up the same?
We offer 3- to 5-bedroom residences with different views, in-home amenities (game rooms, pool and foosball tables, etc.), bed sizes and setup, and square footage. We are happy to provide any guidance on what residence will work best for your group.
Do you allow pets?
We are a pet-friendly resort that welcomes pets 30 lbs. or less. There is a $40 plus tax daily fee per night, per pet. A maximum of 2 pets per home is permitted.
Is there a resort fee? What does it include?
Resort fees vary per home, please contact us for more specific rates. The resort fee includes:

Are we allowed extra guests or visitors to stay with us?
The only guests permitted to stay at the resort and access amenities are those on the primary guest list.
Is there a minimum length of stay?
Yes, there is a 2-night minimum length of stay.
What kind of parking is available for guests?
We offer complimentary lot parking.
Can passes be purchased for the Water Park?
No, our Water Park is only available to Spectrum Resort Orlando guests staying on property.
Is there catering available? Is there a spending minimum?
Yes, catering is available through our Events Team. A spending minimum will depend on the type of event you are requiring. Please contact our Events Team for further information.
What wedding/event/meeting space do you have on site?
We have several options for private events, both big and small. Please contact our events team and they will be able to assistant with booking a space.
Do you have rentable add-ons, such as high chairs, Pack ’n Plays, etc.?
Yes, we offer additional equipment for rent during your stay. View additional information and pricing.
Do you offer ADA-compliant accommodations and amenities?
We offer homes with ground floor bedrooms and have ramps and shower chairs available on request. Resort pools also offer chair lifts and all public areas are ADA-accessible. Please contact our Reservations team for more information.
Is there 24/7 on-site security?
Are there limits for noise and events on site?
Yes, the county noise ordinances apply to all resorts in the area and require amplified noise to cease by 10 PM nightly.
